I'm predicting Groves picking up a points win in a extremely hard 12 round fight, a fight I think it could be similar to is Khan/Maidana, Groves will be doing the better work, boxing off the backfoot and landing more and better shots, he's improved a lot since their first meeting and that maturity will show here I think, on the other hand I see a fully prepared Kenny Anderson who will more than have his moments in the fight, never stop coming forward for a second and raising his stock considerably after this fight.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if one or both men hit the deck in this fight.

    What you guys think ?

So obviously, once he's finished with Sarah Connor he'll be winning "easily" on the cards before he's stopped after it turning out someone forgot to charge his batteries.

    And no excuses too:yep

I think it'll be a fairly entertaining fight if it doesn't get cancelled. (the curse of Boxnation)

Me to, I believe the excuse for Kenny was his body wasn't prepared for a full 12 rounds. He had heavy sparring with Froch a few weeks before. I can see what his team are saying he didn't get a full camp to strengthen body muscles fully and have a full tank but it wasn't easy for Groves who had to taper off for week and half after having a fight cancelled day before.

Look at the physiology of tapering! He was in a great position- tapering for two weeks before a fight- complete muscle recovery from training- its incomparable

I understand what you mean Jeff, just saying it wasn't easy on the lad himself i try weigh it up from both sides. I'm not saying Groves had it harder but it's mentally not easy and i dunno how Groves deals with weight. Anderson had it harder obviously.

I think Groves will stop him again. Could be a good fight though, hopefully will be.

Im edging towards Groves but if Kenny knocked him out it wouldnt be a suprise..
Kenny Anderson is a hard ******* with a hell off a punch. Groves much more skills but can be sloppy with his defence.. Cant wait for this one dont let us down box nation..

I think people have over-inflated what Anderson did in the first fight - he wasn't as dominant as some make out. All the excuses about conditioning don't hold water for me.

He should have paced himself better, or picked his punches better in the 4th when Groves was still shaken. Instead he was flurrying, missing and getting tagged in return.

If Anderson comes out like he did last time, he gets clobbered by a much more confident, assertive Groves. He'll be exhausted fast and get taken out - and not for a nice meal.

Instead, i think he'll be more cautious and try to walk Groves onto something.

Groves will come in with the same tactics that he brought into the Smith fight... control Anderson with the jab (booth always stresses that groves has a world class jab), and then bring the big right hands in. I think Anderson gets done by body shots and I can't see him lasting the distance.
