    Morales Speaks = You shut the **** up an listen.

    The only response is "Yes Sir," or "Si Senor/Jefe" thos are only the two things permissible out of your mouth, and you should be grateful to have been in his presence.

    Morales = eternal badass

    He'll rip all of today's young Mexican boxers a new one, if only he was younger.

    It's not about nationality. Technique has regressed across the board. Weight cutting culture has ruined boxing.

    That's what I call "constructive criticism"...El Terrible style..:yep Why am I not surprised? Erik hasn't ever been "that guy" in boxing who said all the right things...nor was he "that guy" who was nice and friendly to his opponents. EM has a sharp tounge and will give you a dollar's worth of his thoughts when everyone else is putting in their standard "2 cents".

    Let the OG be who he has always been... He will be missed when he finally hangs them up. He had a personality that people loved....because it was real and intense.... Get'em EM!

    Eriks sayin it like it is. He ain't kissin anyones hairywrinkly behind. And I'm glad he's keeping these hype jobs in check. Dont get me wrongvI like Canelo, but how in the **** he got that belt he didnt and doesnt deserve at least not yet. Beat a worthy fighter like Cotto or Lara you get respect, but I'm glad Morales speaking for the real Mexican fans. Canelo isnt a joke but the way he got that belt vs an unworthy fighter that is a joke. Chavez Jr is the worst, but at least he's fighting Rubio a proven vet. Rise on quality at least, but Jr isnt 21 yrs old like Canelo so he better man up. He better vacate or face Maravilla. He's already caused alot of embarrasment to Mexican boxing.

    weight cutting culture?

    please elaborate. what is weight cutting culture, and how does it relate to the regression of technique across the board?

    The man knows what he's talking about. And it ain't just Mexicans. The art is largely disappearing from the game now.

    Not the fighters' fault. They are physically and mentally as good as they ever were, and tough too, but there simply aren't any teachers any more. The kids have no one to show them the way.

    When your era claims "world-class fighters" like Berto or that balding Puerto Rican junior-middle that can't take body punishment (can't remember his name, he folded like a house of cards against Cotto), then you have real serious problems.

    They do. It hurts too, 'cause it's not their fault. All they need are some guys that know how to teach those fundamentals. It used to be be commonplace. Rare now, for whatever reason.
