It would be so funny, that if they fought the ppv buys only totalled 1.6 million. All the hype was just that hype.

I honestly believe that the fight will not break the ppv record set by oscar and floyd.

    Nice duck

    You wanna talk ppv numbers?

where in this quote does it say ppv? you think just because arum is paying pac 7M that Floyd's side deserves more than 50/50 which is irrelevant and illogical.

That is the truth, and the truth is marquez is a bigger draw than ortiz. The truth is pac did 1 million less buys with del la hoya than mayweather did:deal

A deaf man told me that 50/50 wouldn't even make this fight happen right now and I believe him.

When the drug issue finally wore off for Floyd, money was the next impregnable roadblock. Tis' to be expected.

So if reports are true. Pacquiao is giving up more than twice of what he's made in one fight. He just walked away? Made no counter offer? And we wonder who wants this fight.

    1. OSDT should be no problem at all. It is only a problem if Pacquiao is on something.

    2. May 5 was Floyd calling out Manny to fight on one of the most lucrative dates of the year. Oscar - Floyd was on may 5.
Not the smartest move by Floyd, i give you that.

    3. MGM... Come on ! Both guys had their biggest fights there. The biggest fight ever took place there. It generates more money then any other venue.

    4. Floyd being a greedy *****. :hey

Floyd is tied down to MGM 5 because they made a deal with the judge.
Everything is negotiable except the date. There is nothing Floyd can do about it.

Lets wait and see what Floyd says.

Their respective fanboys wonder. The rest of us know that nobody involved wants this fight.

50-50 fight if I ever saw one. For all Floyd's talk, he keeps making his own rules.

Its official, Pac wont fight Floyd for 40 million dollars, a record purse for a boxing match:rofl:rofl:rofl

Do you realize how much that is? Vitali offered Valuev 1.5 million, their dispute was over 1.5 million with Vitali claiming valuev priced himself out and valuev saying that isnt enough.....

Pac wont fight for over 26 times that amount

Floyd should just offer 60/40 to the winner and be done with it. That is more than fair and should make each guy fight much harder.

He can't even give the guy a fair cut, for ****s sake.
He keeps on adding another hindrance.

Where in the **** did the purse split become a problem?
That's right, after Pac agreed to the test date and venue.

To the extent of posting Pac's previous fight purses. When that was never really the case during the past 2-3 years.

First it's all about the test, now that Pac has bent over to the testing another roadblock appears.
