The boxing world will judge Floyd as being the one unwilling to make this fight. It doesn't matter how much **** you and others throw against the ESB wall. You are defending the indefensible in the eyes of the boxing world. Rant all you want, you know or should know, I'm right.

The irony of calling someone an idiot.
When selecting a place to fight a bidding happens, The hotels/casinos struggle to have the fight in their place, in this case MGM grand. Obviously MGM grand has to pay the promotion for it(in this case, Floyd's camp). known as bidding money. not to mention money from the sponsors and such.

We could argue about the extra tests, but we shouldn't because it's already been agreed upon.

Now after Floyd dictated all those, Pac requesting a FAIR split is wrong?
Be reminded that Pac has no say whatsoever in those, he just agreed to it. Now if asking a fair cut after that is wrong to you given that Pac is also a draw then good luck with your logic.
And you call me an idiot? please..

There is very little risk of this fight making less than $100 million. Everyone knows that. Floyd isn't taking enough 'risk' to justify this position.

of course you are, and i think floyd is being utterly moronic, especially since this fight is so damn fragile

i think he has a cotto deal lined up to be honest, and that's why he is being such a jackass

This certainly would be Pac's largest guarantee, by far. But, that's not really the point. He is worth as much as Floyd is, in terms of drawing power, and the PPV revenue is what makes this fight so lucrative. The split should be even all the way around, or at least even on the split of the PPV revenue.

Cotto at 154 actually puts pressure on Pac for the next fight.

I have no idea how to answer your question, you are just as capable of doing the research as I am...that said, i have no problem with a 50/50 split.

No it doesn't. Pac-Cotto was a horrible fight. If Mayweather doesn't want the fight, then it'll be Pac-Peterson, which I actually like. I think Peterson will get outworked, but he'll give Pac his best action fight since Morales I. Arum can match Bradely-Marquez, and match the winners and losers. And Mayweather can go fight Guerrero and go to prison.

Diva Floyd should learn to stfu.

40m? Floyd has just insulted the boxing world with that crap. With all of her demands, this is the most ridiculous one. And yet *****s still finds a way to justify that move. Pathetic.

Mayweather probably wants the the ppv rev since he will be the one fronting the expenses to market the fight like he did with the 10mil for the Ortiz fight plus 2mil to pay Ortiz purse. We know he would be paying Pac 40mil purse but how much will Mayweather pay fronting the expenses to market the fight?

Its the same as having "investors" or promoters who front the expenses and guarantee the fighters purses but keep the back end PPV like if they guranteed both fighter 40mil taking 80mil out the pot banking the rest while they front the expenses for marketing.

Mayweather offering what he offered is because he is looking to act as investor, promoter and boxer. That's his business model. Pac's business model is only as a fighter. So if Pac really wants everything 50-50 then he needs to be willing to split the up front expenses with Mayweather as well as look to act as a promoter with Mayweather.

But May/Cotto at 154 isn't. Floyd probably picks up another belt in another division in a fight fans won't ***** about. I was sloppy with my wording. I meant pressure in round 4 of the 'negotiations'. Pac countering with Peterson would have to be at 140 for Peterson's belt. Then we go into 'round 4 with one guy having fought his last fight at 140 and the other at 154. That would help Manny considerably in public opinion I think. I expect Arum to outbid Floyd for Cotto though.
