Yeah based on the huge $7 million dollar paydays Pac has secured in the past.

Mayweather offered this man a guaranteed $40 million. No gimmicks. He ran. Even Arum said 50/50 was NOT enough to make this fight.

Extactly right... Projections are based on a lot of different variables that I've already touched on for Sweet. He's just stuck on stupid and I'm off that record. I guess the "tune" suits him.

And you would be assuming it didn't happen. But what we do know is that Arum is on record saying that spit is not an issue, and never once used split as a reason why the fight was a problem, but did argue about date and venue. Until Mayweather came out with this offer. And the reason he came with this offer is because Arum didn't want to make the May 5th date and Mayweather tried to make it without him.

Split is only a problem now for the same reason why Mayweather is the one guaranteeing Pac's purse and not Arum. Its because Mayweather would be the single promoter.

Its possible Pac can make more then 40mil. The problem is his promoter doesn't want to make the fight on May 5th and wants to wait until Nov and Mayweather wants the fight on May 5th.

You're right, it is all guesswork.

The problem in this case though, is that KU99's own guesswork led him to a conclusion that this stadium is worth delaying the fight over. Even though, again by his own numbers, after considering projected gate revenue ($30 Million) and subtracting the cost of being built ($8 Million), it would yield literally the same amount (net) that the MGM would.

Can we all agree that it is strange that KU99 would continue to argue for the legitimacy of something that HIS OWN MATH does not support?

Not guaranteed. That $40 million is guaranteed purse. I support 50/50 also, but Arum already said that this is not possible. If Mayweather serves his full sentence, November is impossible as well. At this point I see nothing as possible.
