The fight should be 50/50 but Floyd SHOULD get more money

    What I mean is this fight should be a 50/50 split, but that doesn't mean both fighters should go home with the same amount of money. Lets face the facts and see Floyd generally makes more money than Pacquiao.

    I'm not even going off the guarantees that NSAC has listed, I mean in general after everything is accounted for. If Pacquiao and Floyd both got 50 million after paying taxes, managers ect. then that's not fair imo. I think there should be a 50/50 split between GBP(Mayweather Promotions) and Top Rank. Then Bob Arum does what ever he does with the money and screws Pac over of his and then Floyd gets his usual percentage.

    That's how I see this, I'm not even understanding how or why Floyd is offering Pacquiao anything.

    I agree with your post you Arum is a bit of a **** stain to boxing especially Manny.If he was taken care of by someone else he would be making so much more money for putting his body on the line, I mean Mayweather made 25 million against Ortiz!! I guess Floyd really does know how to take care of business and Pac should have bit his hand of for the 40 million its 5 times what he usually earns

    hes not a citizen and doesnt stay there long enough

    hes a clever chap

    I know that floyd getting more millions satisfy you in some unusual way

    What does it matter if he makes more money? It comes down to PPV numbers, that's where the bulk of the revenue comes from. They both bring in relatively equal numbers, and Pacquaio has gotten better #'s recently, so there is no question that it should be 50-50. Whether floyd makes more money or not from other sources is his business. For him to ask Pacquiao to not even take a cut of the PPV's revenues is laughable, and he's a moron for asking for it in the first place. Pacquiao would, and never should accept something like that, and Floyd and his camp should know better - if they were really serious about making the fight.

    It matters he makes more money because even if Pac brings in more ppv numbers(lie) he doesn't make more money.
    and if you read what I said, you'd see that I believe in a 50/50 split, but not between Floyd and Pacquiao

    No it doesn't mattter if he makes more money if there bringing in relatively even PPV buys. That's where the money is coming from in the first place, it's common sense. Whether or not Floyd is able to keep more of his money or not has nothing to do with Pacquiao. Pacquiao is half the reason why there's so much potential money to be made in this fight. They both deserve 50-50 , and that's not even debatable , unless your a huge irrational fanboy.

    Pac does 1.4 million ppv buys and he can expect 30 million
    Floyd does 1.4 million ppv buys and he can expect 40 million

    That's what I mean and this is because of the contracts they have with their promoters. That's why I say give the promoters 50/50 and let them pay their fighter. It's really ****ing simple.

    So If the fight makes 150 million dollars. Give 75 million to GBP and 75 million to Top Rank and then Floyd goes home with lets say 60 million and Pac goes home with 50 million
    *I'm pulling the numbers right above from my ass just to show and example

    it's because of his stupid deal with arum. Who the **** cares it's pac's problem letting arum rip him off. FACT is both are SUPERSTARS that need each other to make the biggest fight in boxing.
