    pac said, yeah, i'll take 48 percent:smoke

    floyd said, let's fight

pac said, no as a matter of fact, NOW i want 50/50 percent.:smoke

    floyd..no

pac said, but you're going to go to jail. how will you explain to the judge that you couldn't get a big money fight for May 5th.

floyd..the plan was never to fight you. it was just to delay my inevitable jail sentence. That was the PLAN all along.

pac says, well..call me personally again after you get out of jail.

This is most likely the sweetest purse guarantee in the history of non-HW Boxing and probably in the top 5 Boxing purse guarantees of all time WITH adjustments for inflation. These *******s are attacking it? :gsg

stupid comparison:patsch Both Floyd and Pac will get over $30M each. What Floyd's giving Pac is $ 40M and Floyd will get the rest. Big difference.:deal

These *******s are all of a sudden saying they care how much Pac will make even when he went on record saying he would take less to make the fight happen.

Projections..... Half of what Bob said is my "guess work" since he's a promoter. Inflation is typical with any promotion and inflating numbers is part of what I expect from guys like Bob.

$60 million is a lot of paper to be made... so is $30 million. That's all extra money just from the gate projections.

But you fail to realize that there's OTHER forms of revenue that are outside of just the ticket sales Sweet. I've mentioned them before and I don't need to mention them again. Just think about all the different ways you can make money by getting 40,000+ together in one place with an atmosphere of a rock concert.....or the suberbowl.

However.... $30 million is a CONSERVATIVE estimate on my part based on what Bob said. Bob could be right on the money with his estimate... I just don't trust any promoter and their numbers until they're verified.

    Easy...:smoke Cornball..

Your avoiding majority of my post to try an nit pick on silly stuff. You will highlight one sentence and try and dance around the issues. Arum saying the split wasn't an issue weeks earlier is all the confirmation I need.

The only reason why Mayweather is offering less then 50% now is because he would be the sole promoter based on that deal. The only reason why he is attempting to be sole promoter now is because Pac's promoter doesn't want to make the fight on May 5th.

Though im already expecting you to dance around this. Prove me wrong then that Mayweather offered less then 50/50 in a "co promotion" when he first attempted to negotiate this deal with Arum for May 5th.

Not at all. No matter how many times you guys repeat that, it simply isn't the case. Do you know what "co-promotion" means? :patsch

Can't have a co promotion if the other promoter refuses to promote for that date.

Nope, you ignored mine to make **** up. I didn't nitpick. I'm not getting side tracked by mis-direction attempts. Here is where we stand TODAY. Floyd called Manny bypassing Arum. Manny accepted ALL of Floyd's demands to make the fight happen as long as he got 50/50. Floyd said no. Floyd confirmed this in an email to ESPN. Nothing else matters and is simply an attempt to save face for Floyd. Not working except on a small minority that simply won't accept the fact that it is Floyd standing in the way of the fight AT THIS TIME. I don't care how many of you guys band together to support each other, the boxing world is blaming Floyd and that won't change. Your 'votes' on ESB won't change that. Until Floyd moves off of this being HIS promotion this fight doesn't happen. Even Floyd knows that. He don't want the fight at this time.

I'm through here. If Manny told Arum that was the date, Bob would have to accept. I'm out of this. Band together with your buds, jump up and down together and declare victory if you must. The boxing world knows. :yep

And again the only reason why he said no was because he was the sole promoter and the one paying the expenses and the one guaranteeing Pac's purse. And the only reason why he has to attempt to be the sole promoter is because Pac's promoter refuses to promote May 5th. If Pac's promoter would agree to do a co promotion on May 5th and stop talking about a stadium and June 9th and November then we could have had this fight made already.

You will say well Mayweather should do a co promotion then so that he doesn't take the expenses and they can split it 50/50 but again for the millionth time. Arum isn't willing to do a co promotion on May 5th.

So either Arum becomes willing to do a co promotion on May 5th, Mayweather becomes willing to fight on June 9 or May 26th. Or they both agree to do a co promotion in Nov.
