Arum is Pac's promoter and guarantees his purse. Is Floyd offering Manny 40 million off of the total income of the fight including PPV to go along with whatever Arum guarantees or is it just 40 million for Arum and Pac to work with?

Fight should be 50/50 or 60/40 to the winner!

Nobody really knows wtf is going on. But it would be extremely stupid to take a flat fee for the biggest money fight in boxing history. I would like to see what floyd's reaction would be if they counter offer similar to that like let's say $50 mill guarantee but no PPV upside. He'd probably go bonkers and ****.

As I took it, Floyd offered a $40Mil purse and no share of the PPV and other revenue, which he would take 100% of. So it's probably just the $40Mil for Pacquiao's side. Ridiculous offer. Floyd could walk away with alot more than $40Mil if the fight breaks records which it is likely to do. I see it as him wanting to use Pacquiao's name to rob him for all he can get. Fans will buy the PPV to see both, not just Floyd, and more people paid to see Pacquiao's last fight over Floyd's.
