I was gutted. Looked on my tv guide a few times but never saw it. Shitty scheduling.

So - wait. It's been preempted in the UK for other American sports? :huh

Over here, ESPN2 is showing live boxing from 9pm-11pm tomorrow night. It's right there on my programming guide on TV. Why the hell would they preempt it (for American sports no less) over there and not here? :?

Have they still not got ESPN360 (ESPN3.com) or an equivalent set up for you lot in the UK yet?

(reason being, sometimes here in the US when they preempt FNF from its regular ESPN2 timeslot in favor of another live event, they'll still have the option to watch FNF live on your computer via ESPN3.com rather than waiting for the tape-delayed airing on ESPN2 if there is one)

If not, why the **** not?

It's free as part of our cable subscriptions over here (any sub that includes ESPN, that is).

If you all are paying for ESPN as part of your television package and not getting complementary access to live streaming sports online along with it, you've been cozened.

It's part of the service. You're paying. Why aren't you getting it?

    Why not ESPN3?

    We pay, we get it.

    You pay, you do not.

Hardly seems fair. How hard is it to stream content to more than one 1st-world nation? How prohibitive could the cost be to include a well-received (here) value-added service to the UK market they've begun to court?
