Man, I like Boytsov, but I was hoping Ding would have a good night.

A lot of people underrate Boytsov's power because he fought a lot of his early fights with an injured hand.

Very, very suspicious looking ending to me. Wilson has stood up to stronger punches than that in the past.

I'm still not convinced. There's something fishy about that ending.

Never thought Ding would take a dive:think
But UNiversum prolly has him under a 10 fight contract, likely to feed him a few cans over the next 3-4 fights, then have him lay down vs Dimitrenko in a comeback fight or some ****.:yep

Nah, it was a big shot.

The only thing you could say is "suspicious" is that he took the full count when it looked like he could clearly get up, but all that means is that he didn't want any more of Boytsov's power or realized that he was too ****ed up and scrambled to do himself any favors by standing up in a show of stupid bravery (or brave stupidity, as you will). That doesn't mean it was a fix.

No way that punch was planned. Come on. Give credit. That was a monster right, and Boytsov is the first person to ever legitimately stop the Ding A Ling Man.

Yeah. Let's wait for him to come on and post about it, and let him answer all these wiseguys calling it a dive.

    KO.

    Yes, most certainly.

Good performance by Boystov. Legitimate, HARD overhand right to the temple.

    GIve credit where its due.

Yes. At the beginning of the fight, Darnell appeared very focused and determined to win.

    I realize that.

What I just witnessed was a legitimate knockout, and there is no doubt in my mind about that.

He wasn't out cold, but he was hit hard enough that he saw the wisdom in taking the long knee and living to fight another day. Maybe he was seeing double, or his ears were ringing... It definitely seemed he could have risen, the question is whether he could have effectively competed or even defended himself anymore from that point. My guess is that the answer was no - or that he felt the answer was no, which ultimately is all that matters in that situation.
