Yea the post fight interview was rehearsed and Rogan wasn't entertained at all and looked annoyed more then anything.

People underestimated Bisping and don't give him credit fro anything he does. He's a solid fighter who has never been dominated in any of his fights. Take away Hendo's ko and that fight was close as well. The wandy fight was close and so was his fight with Rashad at lhw. The guy is a good fighter and Sonnen had a hard time with him....

Agreed. Didn't expect it to be a cakewalk for Sonnen but I thought he'd win a bit more convincingly. A credit to Bisping he's pretty good.

Ditto. Sonnen got a takedown or two, but he'd only land two or three good shots before Bisping got straight back up, and the stand up was all Bisping. The first round was close but I felt Bisping edged it, the second round was comfortably Bisping and the third was very clearly Sonnen. 30-27 is a ****ing joke.

It's not a fix and not a huge robbery, though 30-27 is clearly a crap scorecard.

I gave Bisping the first but you could argue it for either man.

    The second was clearly Bisping.

That meant that the fight was up for grabs in the 3rd. Sonnen clearly finished stronger and therefore gave himself every chance to steal a close decision. Bisping can complain that he felt he won the fight, and I have sympathy for him because I agree. But he left it in the hands of the judges. Judging in combat sports is subjective, and people have been complaining about bull**** decisions for as long as fights have been decided by decision. :conf

    What a ****ing robbery!!!

    Bisping 2 rounds to 1...

30-27?! Where the **** did that come from? Did he even watch the fight or just fill in the score card the night before?

    It's not a ****ing robbery. A robbery is Lewis-Holyfield 1. :patsch

Both men had their moments in the first round. Bisping never had Chael in danger, and he spent time getting dumped on his ass and then sitting on the floor defending punches from a standing Chael. The first could have been scored for either man and the third was definately won by Sonnen. That means that in a three round fight, Bisping can't say he was out and out robbed. :nono

30-27 is bull**** and he sure as hell can complain about that card, but judges in combat sports are often crap because it's ALL opinion. Every time Chael did anything, the American crowd responded with cheers. When Bisping did something, there was silence. That sort of **** can influence a judge whether he realizes it or not.

    You are a ****ing simpleton.

There are THREE judges, Lynchburg. Not one. THREE.

By YOUR OWN card, Sonnen won one round.

The first round was CLEARLY competitive.

You cannot get robbed if, in a three round fight, you lose one round and another one is close. :patsch

Bisping got taken down in all three rounds. He got taken down twice in the first. He never looked like stopping Chael, and the most dominant moments of the fight for either man came when Chael got his back.

Bisping is entitled to complain about the decision, and Chael certainly feels lucky, but this was a long, LONG way short of a clear-cut robbery. The Count fought very well, but he spent a significant proportion of the fight defending himself rather than attacking.

I had it Bisping 2-1. But it was a close fight where the decision could have gone either way. It went the way of the guy who had the capacity crowd on his side cheering everything he did. That is often the decisive factor when the judges are sitting ringside rather than watching the fight on TV.

I swear, it's like some of you guys only started watching fight sports last week. :-(
