Pretty good money for fighting bums.

Wlad, prime Tyson and prime Holyfield would have been good fights but would have been the end of Lennox's career.

That's surprising and he's either pissed it up the wall or hiden it well from the taxman. Before Tyszu he was making 500k per fight for quite a while. Afterwards he got 3-4million a fight, against Mayweather he took all of the UK revenue, which was 1million buys at £14.99 each, say 7.5million before adding in the US revenues

Hatton promotions run at loss as well.

Where is Naz. I thought he quit with £30 mil in the bank.

It makes me very happy to know this. It's really good to hear about a great ex-champ retire with his wealth, rather than going broke and hitting rock bottom (SRR, Holyfield, Duran etc....). Cant say I'm suprised, as Lennox has always exuded intelligence.

The ones at 5 million are young sportsmen, probably meaning under 27 or something.

The actual sportman list stops at 50 million and I dont think Hatton and Nas have ever been near that

Also sky will take their cut from the PPV sales in regards to the maths behind Hatton

Vitali retired for 4 years instead of facing Rahman

Vit was clear to fight but chose to hide instead!!!

Smart man. Keeping wealth is hard, growing wealth is even harder. This is why love him or hate him, Trump is a great businessman. He took a $5M company and turned it into Billions.

Money is like catching water with your hands. You have a ghetto dude spending on Iphones, people with money spends proportionately and some are way over the top.

Its dangerous for athletes because they are neither businessmen or investors who makes passive income. They make money awake or asleep. Athletes, when they stop fighting or playing, they start spending and money runs out.

dude he was done. what the hell are you talking about? when you're in the worst shape of your career and you still catch Vitali with a straight right to rock his ass and they have to stop the fight cause the challenger can't see, that's called a win. when you don't give a a rematch it's called retirement.
