Don't think it's humanly possible to dislike Mattysse or Katsidis as fighters.

Morales and Cotto are both good mentions, how can you dislike them guys?

I was watching some old 50s and 60s fights the other day and was perplexed at how much more loved the fighters were than they are at the moment, seemed like fighters of all races, personalities and so forth were cheered as they were presented, whereas today you'd hear half of the arena boo for whatever reason.

Calzaghe - my opinion of him has dropped but he was the fighter to get me into boxing

    Aruto Gatti

    Miguel Cotto

    Juan Manuel Marquez

Enzo Maccarinelli - From near me and met him, was a top bloke

    Marco Antonio Barrera

    Miguel Mathews

I like Calzaghe, but the hate he's gotten on here over the years is ridiculous, really.

Enzo Maccarinelli might be a good bloke but he's far from a beloved boxer across the board.

Your post was good anywho, I do think that Enzo and Calzaghe are top blokes.
The cocaine incident with Calzaghe made him look like a puff though, but overall he seems like a genuinely great lad.

Never heard much against Angulo. Jose Luis Castillo is another one. Roman chocolatito Gonzalez. All Nicaraguans love him, even with the domestic violence rumors and his support for the unconsitutional president.
