Wouldn't Floyd be greater if he had a take-on-all-comers attitude?

Seems like he sets out to force his fans to make excuses for him.

There are only a couple of fighters in the world that Floyd could fight next and NOT be criticized hardcore for fighting....one being 2 divisions up and the MW Champion of the World.

If by all comers, you mean "promoted by Bob Arum", then no.

Sucks that he cried like his dog died instead of fighting Cotto or Margo.

There are fights that he could and maybe should of taken at points in his career, mainly Cotto in 2008, I see him winning that but the name would of been good on his 147lb resume.

The problem with being P4P #1 is that there is always someone else fans demand you fight, so you really are in a no win situation. His resume is very impressive no matter what anybody says, it could of been better but it's exceptional.

Pacquiao would be greater himself had he not been knocked out by two bums.

I wish he had a different attitude about fighting the best out there.... for sure. It would be nice if he had a more warrior mindset on approaching fights.

Pac is a huge fan favorite, considered one of the greatest fighters ever and is in floyds weightclass.... you would think most competitors would go out of their way to make a fight to conquer him. (On the flip side, that goes for Pac too)

But from floyds own mouth he doesnt fight to prove to the fans who the best is.

    So ya, that attitude sucks.

That being said.... hes fought his fair shair of dangerous opponents in his career, he might not have a 'take on all comers' attitude, but hes fought a lot of good guys.

As that goes thru the progression, one can't help but notice the deterioration of the "politeness" between Floyd and Larry.

Was after Castillo the "start of the war"?

Pac Fans all think Floyd avoided Arums fighters. #Universal thinking. The "0" never means much to them. It's always a put down to asstard *******s.
