Price has taken a few. McDermott landed an over hand right early and the geezer in his debut had a free shot on him.

I think the public might make fury a favourite just by betting on the name they recognise

Neither will be a big favourite. Nor should they be. Good fight, hope it happens soon

Its not about what the public recognise, its the bookies who set the odds and i will guarantee Price starts as favourite.

You never see a poor bookie, remember that ;)

Price favourite, if they didnt then the 'price' on him would be chopped in straight away with big bets.
The general consensus is that Fury is a ko waiting to happen and that Price has extremely heavy hands.

I think the odds would be similar to the Wlad/Haye fight.

11/8 the stoppage, around 1/2 straight up win.

    Id make Price/Chisora a 50/50 fight tho.

I've got a feeling Fury will be favourite with the bookies, but Price obviously favourite for the fans. Should be easy money to be made on this fight

    No.

The bookies often move their odds when there's heavy betting. Limits their losses on the chances of an upset. That's why England are always sh!t odds at international tournaments - because the vasy majority of dunces pile their cash on england in some misguided act of patriotism. On the off chance England got a final, the bookies would be paying out millions if they had England realistically priced at something like 12/1.

But I digress. There'd be close betting on this I would think. Price a marginal favourite unless there's hefty money going the other way.

I was hoping for something similar with Haye-Wlad but I never happened. I'm not sure it would for Price-Fury either.
