not enough graphs and stats for me. am sure the york hall crowds would much prefer to see a man in the ring between rounds giving us the latest stats rather than those tarty plastic bimbos telling us what round is coming up:good ps perhaps boxnation should up the ante and try headcams on the referee and maybe even the fighters
I never took punchstats seriously anyway, but the day I really stopped taking any notice was after the Calzaghe-Jones fight.
I always find it funny people moan about picture quality as I can't hand on heart believe that everyone of them never watches a stream of the fights that Boxnation, Sky etc isn't covering. In an ideal world it would be in HD, with HD sound, for free, with big titted ladies pouring my free beer as i watch the fight from the comfort of my sofa. Fight quality over picture quality and at the moment, Boxnation might just be winning this one if Mr TBA gets replaced by good fighters and the bills that are left don't get cancelled. Boxnation you have far bigger problems to worry about then Sky sports upping their game. Lets see if you are still in the game in 12 months. Sky will be.
I have to say I enjoyed the show saturday night, particularly Adam Smith looking like he needed a potty at ringside as Woodhall went through his take on things. He'll be sure to strap himself to Nelson next time if they do a piece like that again. As for Ringside, the show is enjoyable as long you are not expecting inside scoops and actual hot-off-the press news like Buncey gave us on the setanta show. However, Nelson really hasn't improved as a presenter, stumbling and mumbling too often. Presenting just isn't his thing. Maybe Spencer Oliver would make a better fist of it (no pun intended on any level)
what did nelson call quigg on ringside, squiggy or something like that he really needs to learn how to stop the stuttering i cringe for him everytime
sky do a great job, watt gets on my tits most of the time, the graphs are useless but i personally don't listen to or watch the stats/graphs and the like,it most often dosent tell the real story of the fight. i can't comment on boxnation,i don't subscribe
