    ... I've always said the game is more mental than people realise. If you fight on the right level, it is the mind that makes the difference.

    So many fighters using performance coaches, psychologists etc

    From this Fox card Rashad said he uses a performance coach and Bisping said he just started using a head doctor.

    Who else is there?

    So that would be 45% right?

    Good to hear Bisping his seeing a shrink. I thought he needed that for awhile to get over the Henderson knockout and the Kang knockdown. He did look less gunshy against both Miller and Sonnen that he has in the past.

    my 2 year old son could outstrike miller and sonnen on the same day ffs, put bisping in with someone like munoz who can bang and i guarantee his performance suffers

    His striking has definitely improved. It is clear to see. He traded with Akiyama too.

    Silva had trouble striking with Sonnen because Chael is full speed ahead.

    Bisping plants his feet much more, pulls back much less, keeps his hands up much more and puts some spite on his punches much more. Bisping used to be a very poor amateur boxer running around throwing pitter patter.

    hahaha, I,ve got to admit some good one in there...but the first 2 of GSP is that because he isn't that good in english...I think that's funny after all those years...even my accent is better then him !;)

    Weight cuts can be brutal on the mind..Its the only part of fighting preparation i hate..
