Looks like Berto gonna pull out of Ortiz rematch with a arm injury, I'm suspecting this is another Wlad/Chisora fake injury, where one fighter has been offered behind the scenes a bigger fight against a better quality fighter and fakes injury in order to get out of the current contracted fight.

Hope I'm wrong, but thats what its seems to me.

I sincerely hope Berto doesn't pull out of the Ortiz fight. Thats a legacy fight for him as well as money.

I have no interest in Berto vs Floyd. If Berto had the title and Floyd could pick it up then it might have some allure but it looks like he is fighting the guy who lost to the guy he just dominated!

Floyd vs Canelo or Cotto is all I have interest in.

Manny vs Berto might be better because Manny is smaller and doesn't want to go to light middleweight.

I'd prefer Cotto to Alvarez. At least Cotto has the seasoning to have something of a chance - the ginger one would just get shown up.

It does sound fish but Berto did have the same kind of injury against Quintana if I recall, so that's something we should keep in mind. Does look a bit iffy though.

He's had this injury before, and it's been reported that surgery is required, so with or without this mooted Mayweather fight I doubt it's not a genuine case.
