    "outpriced" is relative, you don't have any idea what 40 million dollars translates to in terms of percentage of profits. I've done the math, I know you've seen the math, and to assume that 40 million is less than 50% isn't a sure thing, that's the point...there's a chance that 40 million is greater than 50/50, you just don't know.
