Should not be Khan's first fight at 147.
I'd rather see Khan and Guerrero both make the
move up and fight each other first.

ortiz-khan makes a ton of sense, both their fights fell through. They should do it.

Makes no sense to Oscar, means one of his bigger stars will be left with two losses in a row, which will seriously hurt their marketability.

Khan & Ortiz knows each other welll
    KHan beat him in amatuers

They are roughly the same age
both fight @ 147, Ortiz would have atleast a 10 pound wieght advnatage - no problem

Khan knows Ortiz is mentally weak & has stated if you break ortiz down in the first few rounds he falls apart (as shown in the mayweather fight)

I think its would reach 6 round of amir's blazing speed, by then Ortiz's would be cut with swollen eyes, will be still tough for Amir
    though...

Khan vs Ortiz @ 147 is a DEFINATE fight, they both know it.

    Winner fights Maidana :)

Khan's workrate drops significantly after the first 4 rounds.

Yet he would still EASILY outwork Ortiz

    Peterson weighed 155 vs Khan
& Peterson made Ortiz BACK UP!

    I think Khan takes it...

NO WAY in hell will Ortiz be landing power shots... unless he does what peterson did

Who in the hell would care at all about a rematch with Money May? The guy doesn't have the Chin or skills to compete in that one. Khan, on the other hand, is a imminently winnable fight for Ortiz because he can't handle pressure or fight off of the backfoot and his Glass Jaw is on another level of fragility from Quitor's.

Ortiz comes in to the ring at about 164lbs, I'd assume Khan would enter at about 150lbs. Ortiz would be a stone heavier and take the initiative. Peterson showed how to beat Khan, with inside work. Ortiz would preassure Khan, knowing that the smaller guys shots are unlikely to hurt him, and that Khan slows down as the fight goes on.

Peterson backed up Ortiz yes, a Victor Ortiz who had no business cutting from a natrual SMW weight, down to 140.

I would love this fight. Would tell us a lot about both fighters. But guy below me is right, business comes first. Don't see it happening right now.

I think Khan beats Ortiz, and I think he looks pretty good doing it. There's always the chance that Ortiz barrels through him and knocks him out, but if Khan fights a focused fight I think he has this in the bag.

I'll be rooting for Khan here, but every second of every round I'll be nervous.

heard khan says he walks around 150 pounds ortiz will have a good 10 to 15 pound weight advantage he needs to stay at light welter
