If Floyd beats Pacquiao in November, he'll be criticised for beating JMM's leftovers. ;)

I wouldn't. Cotto is legit and will pose Floyd some problems. I know some immature Floydettes use that line of reasoning, but it's a transparently self-serving proposition.

these leftover brand was all started by floyd and *****s in an effort to criticize pac in beating common floyd opponents in a much more devastating fashion. as if floyd always fights undefeated fighters. these sets of fans are all sheeps and idiotic.

No, Cotto is the next best thing after Pac and Martinez.

at 154 it would be a great fight, but Pac Fans will most likely criticise floyd, mostly due to the fact that Floyd fans kept talking about Pac vs Floyd leftovers, both sets of fans get to emotionally involved - both Biased towards their man most of the time.

Cotto was at his prime around 07 at 147, but still great win for floyd if he does win, which I think he would do on points, styles make fights, Floyd would do better against a Guy like JMM(even when in good shape) than pac would (as evident in their fights), against cotto, margarito - Pac>Floyd

Cotto vs Mayweather @ 154 - Top 5 Mayweather fights in his career

This is how pathetic boxing has got that once a fighter is beat by the number 1 or 2 p4p ranked fighter they are suddenly "shot".

Saying that if Mayweather beats Cotto what will it add to his legacy? Go up and fight Martinez.

Of course he didn't even get credit for beating Margarito because they said Pac busted his eye... Funny considering half of Pac's opponents came from Ko's and losses including Margarito himself..

Pacquiao is one of the biggest crooks out there.
    Robbed JMM 2 times.
Ducked Mosley until he was old.
Beat up Margarito after the latter got KTFO.
    Drained Cotto and Morales.
    Ran from Zahir Raheem.

    Pacquiao is a fraud !

haha floyd is responsible for this situation, his own hatred coming back to haunt his choice of opposition.
The whole leftover thing is ridiculous, floyd vs cotto is a good fight, who cares if they arent prime like 07, they still very good.

Actually it a win win for floyd. Canelo or Cotto will give him his 2nd legit championship at 154. But check this out, what if he fights and beats cotto at 154 then faces canelo in november again at 154.

Floyd could end the year as a unified 154 champion. That's legacy defining right there.:deal

only flips would say that, and their opinion on boxing is irrelevant anyway.
