Peter would of been too big for most every one in the 70s.

Remember peters pathetic attempt at bobbin and weavin like smoking joe vs wladimir?
Peter would be a good sized heavy in the 70's but he also lacks skills and is fat.
    Frazier got this.

Prime Peter would be able to take Fraziers best shots no doubt. Frazier however wouldn't be able to take Peters best shots. That's basically the gist of it.

Heck even a ultra-slow sluggish caveman like Foreman was able to land on Frazier at will. Frazier took every punch that Foreman fire off. Every single one. Didn't dodge a single one.

Prime Peter beats all fighters in history on one night (must be a summer solstice though) in south east Gabon. Teddy Atlas and Emmanuel Stewart can confirm that.

Frazier. Peter was an unskilled caveman. Even Maskaev could take his punches without going down.

Frazier weighed 205 on his best night but could weigh as much as 215, Peter best weight is in the 230s...this is not a huge disparity.

Frazier inside fighting skills would be a new world to Peter, Toney outboxed him, and Frazier is twice the heavyweight.

Joe lost only to 2 all time top 10 heavies.

Frazier in a tough, gruesome fight via 9th round ko.

Would have been a great fight. I see Frazier landing some really powerful shots early, stunning the big guy like Wlads right hands were, with Sam trying to shake them off and show he isnt hurt. Either Frazier would be able to out work him, or Sam koes him with a big shot, which would be a fairly strong possibility. Sam on his best day was a serious puncher, at the any level.

Sam Peter being mentioned in the same sentence as Joe Frazier is an abomination. You kids need to stop playing on mommy's computer.

Frazier's boxing iq would see him finish Peter off early!

peter KO's fraizer like foreman did, peter was more powerful than Big George aswell, Peter dropped the granite chinned wlad, he would put glass jawed joe to sleep

Yes, Foreman had success but Foreman and Peter are completely different fighters. Big George mauled Smokin' Joe and landed uppercuts at will...a byproduct of Frazier's style.
Peter uses a double/triple jab to set up big right hands and left hooks. This is a recipe for failure against someone who made his living evading jabs and timing right hands. Add in the fact that Peter has usually faded badly past the eigth round and Frazier would capitilize on this by weathering the early storm and using his conditioning as a weapon. Peter quits on his stool in the 10th.
