Look how fast and HARD Kelly Pavlik Is Hitting!

Yeah I really hope he gets his **** together, I like Kelly and would like to see him get back in the mix. He did look faster than in some previous videos, but as others have said, not a huge deal either way.

 

Ah, um Mr Pavlik? Please don't hit me for asking but...do you think you can knock out Froch?

This mitt work is more entertaining than BULL**** they always show with Floyd, all that pattycake **** and spinning around like a little ****in' ballerina. Talk about "tippytoes", what fighter pivots around like that when on the pads? He shouldjust put on a little tutu, but I guess THAT'S just for Fiddy's late night entertainment.

 

I've always liked tha' guy and want to see him sparring. I may travel to Oxnard to check him out. He's always punched hard with that right hand, ask JT 'bou dat ****.

Great to see all the videos of Pavlik training. He is looking good, his punches look better and better as the last couple weeks have passed. Lots of people think Pavlik is a little slow but he changes speeds often.

Even Jermain Taylor post fight said he could not believe how fast Pavlik was. Some of his combinations are eye blink stuff, he is just so fluid it does not stand out like in tighter style boxers like Bute.

 

What makes that a little stiffer looking to is it looks like they are trying to make the shot to the body a true digging power shot with the hook upstairs to raise the elbow again and then return with another digging power shot to the body.
