    Ward never fought a guy like Bute. He only fought guys who had been beaten by others before. And he is now ducking Bute.

    tell Bute (who is MUCH older) to build up a resume. then we can talk. the fact that he is talking os much **** after not accomplishing anything is hilarious.

    This thread is the classic example of how delusional fans can be of a certain fighter. Bute fans are looking completely ignorant right now. Not being reasonable and making snap judgments.

    Hans Olson wrote the article. Not me, not anyone on ESB.

    The real disappointment comes from the fact Ward completely dismissed the idea of fighting Bute after he was done with Froch, which is a total 180 degree spin on what he had said in previous interviews.

    He said the S6 champ should face Bute in order to have a definite #1 at 168 (he mentioned the Ring belt), now he's saying "Bute has to beat somebody".

    Why the 180? Why was Bute the right choice before Nov/Dec, and why does he not "qualify" now?

    If you want more money, just say it. Simple as.
