Mayweather just confirmed to the NSAC hearing that if granted a licence he will fight Miguel Cotto on May 5th

I thought he didn't prefer Cotto? Fight Hype says a source close to camp, but it doesn't seem definite yet. Though I wouldn't be surprised.

Good fight, probably Floyd's toughest opponent in years to be honest. I think Miguel performs alot better than Mosely did against Mayweather. Floyd's alot more stationary these days and Miguel might be the hardest hitter he's faced yet.
