Why would anyone want to do that kind of deal? Who's to say the judges would give the decision to the right fighter? We just saw what happened to Marquez against Pacquiao not too long ago. Imagine if that or any other fight that ended controversially had this kind of stipulation? You might get screwed out of a win and money if you agreed to something like that. As bad as the judges can be, I wouldn't put my money in their hands.
