40 million is rich for life. Rich for 10 lifetimes if you manage it right.
Pacquiao is an idiot if he didn't take this fight over money. He could fight Mayweather twice and make 80 million.

Seriously when you're making hundreds of millions of dollars and you're a politician in your homeland you have no reason to ever worry about money.

$40 million dollars for a fight? I would fight anybody for $40 million. I would step in the ring and get KO'd by Wlad for $40 million and risk brain damage.

$40 million dollars is enough money to get anybody to fight.

Yeah, right but you're not Pacquiao. Pac is not idiot enough to accept a flat $40 million because he knows both can get $60 million plus at 50/50 split!

What a bunch of idiots, repeating 40 million over and over again like it's a huge amount that should never, under any circumstance be refused.
If that were truly the case, like the other guy says in this thread, a 45 million counter-offer is even better for Floyd, as he doesn't even have to deal with the "expenses" and the "risk". So why did he refuse it?

Let's go through a hypothetical exercise:
Let's say Bill Gates hates stupid *****s like Boxmaster. He offers 1 Billion dollars for Lennox Lewis to knock Boxmaster's teeth out. Lennox turns to Boxmaster and offers him 50 millon to step in the ring with him.
Only a ***** would be stupid enough to accept Lewis making 950 million of his back and not negotiate for an increase from his 50 millions.

Yes, that is 50 million more than you'd make not getting your ass kicked, but the other guy would also lose out on A LOT more if he couldn't kick your ass. So he can afford to share the wealth a little better.

It is so obvious what is going on here but they won't admit it because it would mean they were wrong. A few have manned up and admitted it. The rest are like zombies in search of brainz..... They simply can't admit their arguments are dead.

How stupid are you ? PAC deserves no less than 50% and everyone knows it. Why would he take a flat 40 million when 50/50 could would bring in over 60 million per fighter?

PAC generates just as much revenue as Mayweather , that's why it must be a 50/50 fight .

Isn't there a Pac quote floating around saying he would take the smaller purse?

49.5% is a smaller purse. Did Floyd offer that?
**** guaranteed amounts with no upside for a fight with so much potential extra earnings.

How are *******s dumb enough to start a thread like this when it was already established that he turned down the $40 million BEFORE back-end was even discussed? This means that he COULD have gotten a cut, but didn't even want it!

Pac is so scared of FMJ it isn't even funny. When Pac saw FMJ dismantle JMM? Pac knew to stay as far away as possible!

How stupid are you? If "everyone" knows it why did Pac say he would take less?

No he doesn't. Is your compulsion to lie controlled by you?

Why does it matter ? Do honestly think 50/50 for this fight isn't fair ? Answer that you stupid fanboy . Your bias toward Your brotha blinds you. Let's not forget that you're the one named after ONE man, your obsession with Floyd is pathetic .
