I doubt it's anybody too high profiled since it's on the undercard

No, he's involved in a eliminator with Molina who gets to fight a second eliminator with Martirosayan for the right to fight Alvarez. :patsch **** Suleiman.

As for who should Alvarez fight? Meh, I want Austin Trout.

Well technically Lara isn't high profile and neither is Austin Trout. A lot of unheralded talent in that division.

ya true, Delvin would be an awful choice. He could upset Canelo
    He's with Top Rank
I could see this actually, but I don't think they want to risk Canelo vs Lara yet. Lara can beat him. I think they'd wait one more fight before they tried a fight like that

strangely compelling for some reason. margo better leave his glass eye at home so it doesn't become a factor this time though.

Hey IB you think DRod would be a bigger challenge than Margo, even after risk/reward is taken into acct??? Just curious..

I do actually, but many people are still suspicious about Canelo's chin and will probably say that Margarito has more puncher's chance to exploit that than Rodriguez does. :think

Kirkland is fighting in March. He won't be ready in time

 Winner does not deserve Mayweather.

If Mayweather-Cotto ends on points and is close, then Cotto deserves a rematch once Mayweather gets out.

Otherwise, it's a very short list.

    Pacquiao.

    Martinez.

    ...that's about it.

Kirkland is too much of a risk at this point it should be a winnable fight against a seasoned veteran like Mosley or Collazo to build Alvarez up

    Besides, Kirkland is tied up.

He is in a semi-eliminator with Molina, and the winner gets right in with the winner of Vanes Martirosyan vs. Troy Lowry (who will be the Silver champ) for a final eliminator.
