Bradley's punches aren't effective enough, but i do see him making Manny look vulnerable in that fight regardless if he lose at the end. Bradley has a tendency of throwing wide wild punches, and he's going to have to be careful against Pacquiao with the way he throw his punches. It's not his fault that he usually clash heads with his opponents[I used to be one of those fans who thinks that Bradley does it intentionally], but it's not his lack of height and and short arms that caused him to leap/jump forward head first that resulted most of his head clashes accidents.

"he is sound technically" .. regarding Tim Bradley

I keep hearing this, but besides one line statements nobody can seem to back them up with proof/evidence

I've commented how Tim often throws wild and looping punches and leads with his head

what exactly makes Bradley a technically sound boxer?

I can see a scenario where Bradley outpoints Pacman. Pacquiao had
trouble with Shane moving backwards. Bradley has shown he can be
effective going in and out fighting on the inside, leading, fighting backwards. Bradley with the exception of not having much power (I think he has more than people give him credit for) is actually a fairly complete fighter. Should he be the underdog? Absolutely. Is he a live underdog?
    Absolutely.

No. If it were at 140, I'd feel different about his chances to win, not by stoppage. But it will be at 147 or 144, theoretically nullifying Bradley's power even more.

...and I mean no as in "Yes, you are on your own."

I agree with you. I was thinking the same thing a few hours back. I don't think he's technically sound at all. I wanna say he brawls a tad more than he actually relies on technique. He relies on strategy, skill in the heat of the moment, and heart.

Still, a good fight for Pacquiao.

Jesus christ some of you are overrating Bradley to a ridiculous amount

The only way he wins this is if Pac really is past his prime, and Bradley manages to open up a cut with one of his patented "accidental headbutts". Both of which are possible unfortunately.

This is a mismatch from the get go, and is made just so Pac can keep avoiding slick black American fighters..

Bradley is going to spark Pac's fist with his fat head and will be dreaming of sparking Pac when he is laid out on the canvas sleeping.

    lol

If Bradley was considered a serious threat, he wouldn't be in the ring with Pacquaio.

Arum under-estimated Marquez last time though, so there's always that possibility.
