Pacquiao-Pacquiao said he would take a lesser split and this was the "roadblock" in the end.

Pac opened his mouth, and tried to write a check, his promoter wouldn't cash when he said he was willing to take a lesser share.

Floyd advised of the May 5 date in NOVEMBER and he gave plenty of time to respond-ARUM HAD PLENTY OF TIME (SINCE BEFORE JMM 3) TO BUILD HIS STADIUM ETC ETC...Arum and Team Pac chose to brush it off-They said Floyd was not serious....Which he was serious as we all saw-

Also take notice that Floyd was true with the blood tests-Pac wasn't gonna get the fight and Team Mayweather wouldn't even negotiate until Pac agreed to the tests-

Pac agreed n then made more obstacles for himself on the business part-HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE SAID HE WOULD TAKE LESS IF HE WASN'T REALLY READY TO TAKE LESS-

Team Pacquiao and Manny are to blame as he heads their team-You can put blame on Floyd, sure-There is always gonna be something there on each guy...but the bulk of the blame is clearly put on Pacquiao this time, and in each "round" of negotiations since-

How, when Floyd is making $20m per fight and Pacquiao makes $7m?

Do you think just because Manny said in an interview in the philipines, that he'd take a smaller cut to help make the fight mean that floyd can offer him $40 mill, and get to keep the rest (which could be as high as 80-90 mill).

And Pac refusing that means he's ducking?

Thats a stupid offer. 50/50. even offer manny 51/49.

Floyds offer was about 30%. With no roome to negotiate, because as soon as they turned that down and put together a counter offer, floyd signed cotto fight.

I think they were both responsible. Floyd should have accepted the 50/50 seeing as how they are both huge draws with big ppv numbers. Manny on the other hand let arum contradict everything he was saying, like being ready for a may 5th date with the healing and all that. Not to mention Arums attitude "he has my number he knows how to text"...

NO it isn't "just because" that one reason-ALTHOUGH THAT PLAYS A LOT INTO IT-

The fighter himself saying he'd take less does mean a lot towards negotiations IMO

Floyd also averages 240K more in buys too-With all that said I do believe there was enough money on the table to negotiate it down to something close to 50/50 if not 50/50.

Team Pac is the one who ran here bro-Casual fans believe so, and you'll find on most boxing forums, the numbers are much more lopsided in polls that ask this same question.

It came down to numbers man-Promoters and managers look at PPV #'s and Floyd DOES average 240k more since fighting Oscar.

I don't watch boxing part time nor do I watch just one fighter-I follow 105-HW and I been watching the sport since long before Floyd or Pac turned pro.
