Why are there no fast Mexican fighters?

Orlando Canizales had some speed. DLH was pretty fast in his prime. But yeah, typically Mexican fighters are slow-twitch guys, not fast but can throw punches forever.

 

Who's that? I don't think he's fast.

Not like Mayweather, RJJ, Gamboa, Rigondeaux, GR, Jr. , Dirrell brothers, etc.

salvador sanchez had speed as well, imo the great mexican 3 of today had speed as well, but not rjj or direll type speed.
Besides the 2 guys I already posted odl is the man when it comes to speed, if you consider him mexican though.

By fast I mean Muhammad Ali, Floyd Mayweather, Zab Judah type speed.
