All these years boxing has been saved from the farce that is Mayweather/Cotto. While Miguel Cotto was propped up into one of the most overrated boxers of our time. I like Cotto he's fun to watch and has achicived alott despite his limittaions. Had he been in anyother weight he'd be reconized for what he is a very good but not great boxer.
This fight is going to be a one sided missmatch. Not because Cotto has aged, but brcause it was always going to be a missmatch. Cotto just got propped up as the anti-Mayweather. A guy the anti-Mayweather crowd lied to them selves to every day about the man they pined their false hops on. Pacquiao's that guy now. But when Pacquiao time after time refused to fight Mayweather using a minor inconvionce as his excuse. Mayweather's hand was forced, and worst of all we are forced to avoid a farce that for so many year we were spared.
We have one person to thank, so Thanks Manny. Thanks for once again for finding a way out. We'll watch you fight the feather fisted Bradley and pretend that it's going to be a tough fight. What excuse is Pacquiao going to have in November?

Isn't it that Floyd mayweather is to be blamed for the fight not happening? He did not accept the 50/50 split, which he already agreed before during their first negotiation.

Greed is the main reason why Pac vs Floyd isn't happening.

Floyd beats Cotto(e) and emmanuel easy not because of his boxing skills, but because he has a bigger ***** than both:yep

I wouldn't be surprised if you think Pac is partly to blame with Floyd beating up a woman.

Floyd could beat him up and **** his wife and he would still spin it to blame pac to prevent blasphemous thoughts occurring.

nawwwwww dont start picking cotto apart now. this fight should have been made a while ago. but cotto was not ready, mayweather on vacation. cotto fights margo and pac, money has a few fights.may and pac cant get the fight on with arum in the way. money and pac sayed cotto lets fight. cotto sayed no to pac because of the weight, mayweather sayed ill fight you at 154, done deal !

hes the best guy money can fight for money and challenge together, saul would be 2nd.the hardest fight would be mayweather vs martinez.at least cotto can put asses in the seats.this fight sales more then mayweather vs ortiz i think.

No..Pac agreed to take less a while back..Floyd aint that greedy..He jus naive and legitamately thought Pac was so stoopid and so nice and soooo, "I dont care about anything just the fans...Not the money" Floyd dumbass thinks Pac is just gonna give him the money so no I dont expect Floyd to back off of this...he probably thinks that Pac doesnt really care about the money, and that Pac will just give in...Floyd's not gonna budge but I just had an epiphany...that since bradley is a no name, Pac will sell 600 thousand ppvs, and Floyd who is fighting a name, will sale about 1 mil and then he will have power again

Pac to Floyd, "45-55, 55% goes to the winner."

    Floyd's response: :bolt

Gay tweetyweather was actually offered 50 million sans PPV but he declined.

50 million is > 40 million that Gayest tweetyweather offered to Pac.

All along, I already knew this fight is not going to happen the moment he booked a fight for May 5.
