I dont follow wrestling mate.. Im just a ozzie who has played professional sports and been surrounded by professional atheletes...Some with physiques on par with alistair overeem..Naturally... I believe overeem has juiced as he went from a tall gangly light heavyweight for most of his career to a monster heavyweight in a ridiculous short period of time which is probably impossible naturally..I mean his sudden weight gain in short time would be near impossible naturally. But the only comment i will continue to repeat is a person CAN get a physique like Overeems without juicing...It would take time but is possible.. Im 6ft1 ozzie so high 90's is as far as i could get to without the use of roids..thats forsure...
Mate there is no argument regarding overeem....I believe he has used steroids at some stage.. Im saying it is possible for some humans to get a physique on par with his without the use of steroids.

First off Arnie was not ok. He suffered from a very bad heart conditioned which may be attributed to the high doses he took when younger. That said neither Columbo or Arnie attained the size and physiques current BB's have, many of whom are close to 300lbs with 5% BF's. And i already said Poundstone is over 340. Musculature means the thickness, volume, density, quality and conditioning of a the muscle.
Haven't got a clue what mine is as i haven't had it measured properly in about 10 years. If i had to guess id probably say around the 13% mark.
