Cotto's best punch is the left-hook. A punch that will be rendered useless against a Mayweather guard - both to the head and body. He might have success early on by backing Mayweather up and off-setting him with his jab, but that'll only last a few rounds at best. His right hand - which would be a useful tool - is too underdeveloped to cause any problems. A shame, because it's needed to exploit Mayweather's left ribcage.

His best option from what I can tell, is to just, I don't know, score points with higher workrate when Mayweather's in his shell? :conf

Basically what Oscar did--flurry with no effect. Cotto needs to try and get Floyd on the ropes and make his punches count--but that's easier said than done.

I don't give Cotto much of a chance but he is a good enough fighter to make this match entertaining. Mayweather can't just sleep walk to a decision against Cotto.

lmao yeah floyd fans did go crazy over this...but yeah mayweather 11 round stoppage but dont count cotto out remember this is only floyds second fight at this weight so he may struggle a bit in the begining but expect him to adjust and put on a clinic
