    ^ dude, I'm at work! :-(

When a pic like that is the "most recent reply" and also the first post on a new page of the thread, it doesn't even leave the option to quickly scroll up or down past it. Whoever is walking by and happens to peek over your shoulder is like "Oh, IB is looking at dudes kissing" without processing the context that it's a face-off between boxers and you have to spend the rest of the day obsessing over how that colleague thinks you're getting your PG-13 homoeroticism on using the company PC.

I don't think Mayweather will stop Cotto, dominate? Yes. But stop? No!

The thing is this, since Floyd has changed his style some what to the "walk 'em down" he gives himself the better opportunity to stop opponents, but he is still fighting Elite level opponents he wont be reckless.

However look at the Shane fight, he stood in the pocket and beat Shane up but he never fully committed (in my eyes) to actually get him out of there.

I see this fight going much like that, the one thing that makes it interesting is Cottos Jab, we saw in the De La Hoya fight at times he was a little passive when Oscar used the stick, and with Miguel having so much power in his jab this could be a factor.

Although I expect Money to use the pull jab to time Cotto immediately and discourage him from using it frequently

In the Ortiz fight I think Floyd was going for the knock out mainly because he quickly lost respect Ortiz as he couldn't block his right at all and Ortiz was unable to hit Mayweather to get his attention.

Cotto should be pretty sturdy at 154 and 160-160+ on fight night. His problem though would be if/when he swells up or gets cuts around his eyes. H

Cool, I'm just going to Ctrl+ and zoom all the way in on this post - just in case there was any doubt left in my coworker's mind...

Gatti was going to die before that 12th round rang, he would have been stopped man. Your assertions are just strange. Cotto hasn't fought anybody dangerous at 154 (Mayorga and Margarito are really welters who are old). He is less chinny at 147 but he has been down plenty in welterweight fights. Talk about making excuses for a guy. Floyd is so sharp, weak guys will get busted up. The very very very best chin Cotto showed was against the lackadaisical confusion of Mosley, that's the best case that he takes a shot well, I just think it was a poor Mosley effort.

Has Shane ever been really hurt outside the Forrest fight, a guy who was a huge puncher, before the Floyd fight? Has Cotto been hurt by guys who don't hit as hard as Forrest? Heck yes, by Chop chop and Torres and Pac and Judah - buzzed by all. Chop chop's shots would have bounced off Shane's jaw without effect

It started with the Mosley fight. When he took Mosley's best shots and shrugged them off and started walking Mosley down. I think a good amount of people thought had he pushed the gas, he could've taken Mosley out. He fights very flat footed now. He's been walking down his last 2 opponents in stretches. He seems to have filled in completely at WW, which wasn't the case a few years ago.

It's not his power that gives him a chance to take his opponents out, it's his accuracy and timing. No one is better than that than Floyd. And i see Floyd unleashing some combos against Cotto, something we've almost never seen from him in his last 5 fights. He threw a couple beautiful ones against Ortiz which surprised me.
