here's a highlight reel of continuous fails
It's not about changing your point of view. That picture shows Mayweather's famous jab to the body.

Just a theory, but after 4 rounds I don't see many jabs being thrown.

I think after 4 rounds Floyd takes the initiative and starts to lead, jabs will be counted by compubox but they will be the range finders Floyd used against Ortiz, more extending his left arm than jabbing IMO. Floyd has mostly lost the ability to spring in with a lead left hook, so the majority of punches will be straight right hands, mixed in with the occasional jab to the body, and uppercut.

    Again, just a theory.

He will do, ONLY if Floyd Mayweather Sr is in the camp!

Which I think he will be btw as they have made up!

If Sr is there, Cotto is in trouble cos Sr is gonna make damn sure Jr uses that jab to good effect!

Floyd has a great jab when he decides to use it. He used it quite a lot against Ortiz. And yeah, Cotto has short arms and Floyd has freakishly long arms. It's a mismatch from almost any angle.

i'm rooting for cotto but i do agree with you with floyds jab to the body is very underrated. he uses it a lot to set his other punches

Floyd threw average of 30 jabs per round against marquez.

Floyd would bore cotto to death with his jab.

flickering his jab out to check Cotto(e)? He would flicker it out for checking then stick it to the body against Bruseles.

Gazelle punch? Last we seen it frequently was the Marquez fight. Mosley figured out how to raise his right hand high to protect himself from Floyd's leaping lead left hook. Ortiz is a southpaw, and Mayweather rarely uses that punch on lefties. We'll see what's left of his Gazelle punch on May 5th.

That, plus the fact that Floyd doesn't jab much against southpaws... Cotto will definitly be outjabbed.

    That is a gutsy prediction.
Here's another wild one. Floyd will come in blacker than Cotto.
    You heard it here first.
