When did he start getting heavy into politics? I agree he's not as passionate as he was in the beginning of his career, but I can't say it's his last fight or two it happened in. What makes you believe he would do Margarito differently a few years ago?

he is no longer just a fighter. just like oscar when he fancied himself a singer, their minds primary focus shifted to other things and it showed in the ring. my favorite pic of manny is when he is standing in the neutral corner waiting out a count. the look in his eyes could freeze lava, that is a bad man who is focused on destruction.

How was this killer instinct displayed? Don't recall the entire fight (honestly), I can't recall anything that would display it. Well besides him stopping him....

Manny never was what many people thought he was. A lot of hype. No ATF. Exposed by Marquez as a beatable good fighter.

Pac of lower weights. That's the time when he finishes his opponents. He doesn't show compassion. I'm a Pac fan and it irritates me when I see him fight like he did against Margarito. He doesn't even want to finish the guy.

lol, probably. i wasnt a pac fan back then, i was still mad that he made me look like an ass against oscar, after all the **** i talked to pacdbest. still, that is one of the greatest boxing photographs ive ever seen, it really shows the bad intentions.

he went after cotto the whole fight without mercy where in the last round, he put so much pressure that it looked like he tried to kill him in the last round.
.....if pac went after margo from the 11th the way he did against cotto in that last round, no doubt margo would have stayed more than the 2 week in the hospital.

fight before that, he almost killed ricky.

fight before that, he was sadistically beating the **** out of dela hoya.
