These guys don't need to have a name of a bute opponent, they would be there cheering him on even if he was beating up their own mother in the ring, thats how hardcore fans they are (I know fans is a wrong word to use for these guys but wth)
You should know such comparisons are utter bs, because Abraham also destroyed Miranda in 4 or so rounds, but still lost to Ward
You do know, you don't have to be a KO boxer to be good right? otherwise FMJ would not be anything out of the ordinary, neither would Ali have been. Some boxers win mostly by KO others by shutouts, can't compare their results until they meet face to face. To give a good example, years ago a lot of asshats used hattons ko victory over Castillo as reason why he should beat FMJ who "only" beat Castillo by points, it didn't stick
The problem was the ref tried to buy him extra time (granted it wasnt needed but proved the ref is in the pocket), and funny Bute keep using exactly THIS REF in his fights, he used him as late as his 2nd last fight, make you wonder Marlon Wright is the name, expect to see him as ref in some future Bute fights too.
Wasnt Miranda Wards best win before the super six? Bute was in an awkward position where he had to rematch Andrade and all the top league fighters were in a tournament together and now that its over Ward wont fight Bute, the Froch fight fell through and Kessler is fighting Stielglitz Would Bute get any credit for beating Arthur Abraham? no Bute's best win is either Sakio Bika (who he beat more convincingly than Ward) or Glen Johnson (Who he beat more convincingly than Froch). Truth be told everyone can nit and pick at his resume but H2H he would beat Froch easily and arguably hand Ward his first loss, yet Ward doesnt want it and Shotime wont show the Froch fight. I honestly believe the next best opponent for Bute at this moment in time would be a top challenger in Oosthuzien. Ward - Ant Dirrell Froch - Balzsay Bute - Oosthuzien Kessler - Stielglitz these are most likely the next fights for all the top fighters, now ask yourself who is the toughest out of these challengers?
