Bute's best opponent just lost on FNF.

Before Andrade KD'd an exhausted Bute for 6.8 seconds in their first fight he was ranked #5 in the world. He also has a dominating win over current titlist Steiglitz. His problem is lack of footwork and ring generalship(similar to Miranda in that instance). But I'll say this for Andrade.....only Steiglitz, Kessler and Bute have had the balls to fight him......and if anyone saw how Aaron Pryor beat him.......well....let's just say he made Dirrel look like lion.

Bute challenged Ward to fight in Oakland, and Froch in UK.

Both Ward and Froch claimed to want Bute after the s6. Froch was a man of his word and began negotiations for a 2 fight deal. Ward refused saying Bute needed to beat two A listers before a fight with him could be made. This was of course right after he spent a few weeks hanging with Mayweather.:think

Showtime regretted it's decision to not include Bute b/c of his HBO contract. So they offered him a massive deal to try to squeeze him in as a replacement. G@@53N lobbied against it and refused to copromote with Interbox in ANY country. He threatened to pull Ward out if Bute was allowed in. Showtime gambled anyway hoping to secure Bute the best outside the s6 and Bute fought several top 10s while he awaited the conclusion.
Now that the show's over, Showtime is lookign to cash in on a Ward Bute megafight.......BUTE wants it, ANYWHERE......Showtime wants it NOW.......and Ward wants a couple easy fights until Bute has earned his shot.
I hope Ward gets Andrade or Mendy honestly.....I mean if he's gonna fight some soft opponents....might as well be Bute's leftovers.

Andrade KO 5 Ward would be my official prediction for that fight.:deal

 

Bute's best opponent was Johnson, Chilemba is a good prospect.

The thing is if Bute is a nobody how this idiot makes him to be, no one would be talking about him, so the fact that he keeps opening threads after threads about him means only one thing, he is probably a big fan of ward or froch and he feels threatened. But that doesn't mean you can keep coming here and try to diminsh someone else's skills as a boxer, because at the end of the day Skills makes fighters not resumes, and unfortunately for some here Bute has the means to beat Ward (but this is just my opinion).

If ward was that much better than bute (who's just a paper champ by some here) then he should have accepted the offer to fight in his home town on the spot, take the belt from him if it's THAT easy, and not come with that lame excuse that bute has to fight someone from the S6 first. It's simple logic. The thing is he's now the champ at SMW so he wants some safe fights, and i dont blame him.

Let's just hope Bute - Froch will be made eventually, so that Ward won't have any reason to say no to the fight. :good

I would also put Magee clearly above Miranda.

Imo. this is how Bute's opponents rank:

1. Andrade
2. Bika
3. Johnson.

(those three are very close and I cannot understand why they have not yet squared off against each other.... those fights would be fireworks!!!)

4. Magee.

5. The rest....(including Miranda)
