Negative-Floyd generated more revenue in the Ortiz fight-

    Look at Ortiz-0 PPV'S:rofl:rofl

    Look at JMM-5 PPV'S

    LOOK AT AN AVERAGE-NOT RECENT:deal

It actually looks better for Floyd-doin 1.3 with Ortiz..than it looks for Pac doin 1.4 with JMM:deal

    Floyd produces more revenue-FACT:deal

My opinion is that this bull**** has been going back & forth for over 2 years & both fighters have proved to me they are not interested in competing in the biggest fight of the era or pleasing the fans, for every negative thing you dig out about fmj someone else can dig up about pac & vice versa & on & on & on & ****in on, I would not lower myself by sticking up for either one of these pricks because they do not deserve it.... both of these`fighters`are a complete disgrace & I refuse to rank them at all when discussing ATG fighters.

I hope I`ve been clear here.

so why didn't floyd just agreed to the 50/50 split and put the tables on pac? why did he have to move the goalpost again?

i think you are really missing the point. everybody think that 50/50 is fair for a fight of this magnitude. i know you want to defend floyd's $40M offer as fair. but don't you really think that 50/50 is the fairest offer for this fight?

    Agreed.

I still think they've achieved enough in their careers and showed enough ability to be considered ATGs, but their inability to come to terms on how to make a fight and share upwards of 9 figures is disgusting and hurting the sport.

If they had as much desire to prove their superiority over each other as their fans are, they would've had this bout long ago. What is especially ridiculous is that whenever they face other fighters, a lot of their fans will brag and say "Mayweather is facing a better opponent than Pacquiao is!", or vice versa. As if there is something great about a "moral victory" of beating a better opponent than their rival is, rather than, you know, actually beating each other.

I really wish people would stop paying for these other PPV fights involving them. There is less incentive for them to face each other when they can still make a ton of money elsewhere facing easier opposition. I still watch the other bouts, but I refuse to pay for them. Basically, I consider that being an enabler.

From my view as a fan, yes it is..

BUT U THINK THEY ARE NOT GOING TO LOOK AT PPV #'S AND COMPARE...

Of course they are...They are going to go through their #'s and revenue...they are going to use all that to negotiate-THEY AREN'T GOING TO SIMPLY IGNORE THE BUSINESS PART OF EVERYTHING AND SAY "WELL THERE BOTH BIG SO WE'LL DO A 50/50"..Don't work like that.

With that said, Floyd realizes he is the bigger draw and Pac needs him more than he needs Pac when it comes to the money, WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON FLOYD FIGHTS, ADMITTINGLY.

You see what I'm sayin-It's the same as the drug tests-Pac will fight it now, sure..but if they wanna get the fight made then Pac gonna have to take less money.

    :huh

Yes, it was first brought up in the Pac fight. But it has been used in every fight since, and will be used in every fight in the future.

So I don't see where you're coming from, especially when you say that Pac has agreed to blood testing (yeah, whatever).

May 5 and Venue would have prevented this fight from happening, no matter what Koncz says :)lol:, Koncz).

To bring up offers post failed negotiations once Floyd has signed to fight Cotto and Arum has publicly stated he doesn't known who to contact from team Floyd (even though it's been made clear to him on numerous occasions) looks very very bad.

Koncz' words means niente. Full stop, say no more.

    Pac's not completely to blame.

But these offers are dubious, come from Koncz :)lol:) after negotiations failed and Floyd signed to fight Cotto.

Arum would have NEVER (ever) agreed to May 5 and MGM, no matter what anybody else in team Pac says. This is Arum. And Arum and Floyd don't negotiate. Full stop, say no more.

As said numerous times by me, I'm firm on the follwoing:

2009 - Pac's duck. He ran in the middle of negotiations on the word of Arum to sign to fight Clottey :)lol:) while Floyd made the next best fight in boxing at the time against Mosley... Not to add the blood testing is no longer an issue. IF this was the case originally, we'd have seen this fight in 2010.

2010 - Floyd's duck. He went on vacation and chose to have a period of inactivity. While he's earned it after 20 years of boxing non-stop, he skipped out on the biggest fight in boxing at the time.

2011/2012 - clearly Pac's fault. Arum's 40+ excuses, including date, venue and cut etc... are as clear as day. Konsz means niente to the whole thing. His word is less reliable then Arum.

Most people see it this way, and it would take divine intervention to show people otherwise.
