Same normal sources as everyone else. Contrary to what some think here i'm not a bodybuilder. I just like to work out. But i certainly don't eat like BB and my diet consists mostly of veg, salads and white meat. I don't eat to maintain my weight. This is my natural weight.

Supposedly Herschel Walker only eats one meal a day, consisting of bread and salad.

I, of course, do not at all believe that claim.

Hershel has always been a fantastic physical specimen since his teens. A man his age with that type of conditioning takes some doing.

He makes a very valid point in the interview. "He's been doing it for a long time". Likewise iv been training for a long time so i guess my body has adjusted much like Walkers to his training regime. I certainly don't eat anything close to 3000 calories a day. Id go as far to say my diet may even be calorific.

legumes, grains, eggs and dairy, even certain vegetables have some protein.

4-6 ounce serving of meat is sufficient. The problem is that people eat more than twice that in almost every meal, and not eat enough fiber.

  7. The full name of what he had was Diverticulitis Turtulis, it is a common condition particularly found in Homo-bullisis. Diverticulitis Turtulis develops in the gut and spreads to the brain. The sufferer typically has no gut and has a very little tolerance to pain. If hit by even the softest punch or object the sufferer instinctively runs away or drops to ground forming what is regarded as the turtle.

The common name for Diverticulitis Turtulis is the Common Schoolyard Bully.
