There are so many good fighters at Middleweight right now. imo its probably the deepest division right now. there are plenty of options out there for Geale

Geale seems like a man of integrity. I may be wrong, but when he says he wants tough fights, I tend to believe him. Unlike that bullshitter Choc.

Well he did already beat the German champion in Germany, so he's already miles ahead of choc.

true, he did beat a guy who won a vacant title, only defended it against complete mumpties till he was beaten by split decision by Geale. Then knocked the **** out by nothing proska with absolute ease.
Yep that was an all time notch on his belt.
**** me, some of the people who jump on geales dick are just silly!
He may do something, he has not done anything yet!
He has called out people., he has DUCKED martinez and sturm so far to date, he may well fight them in the future.
The difference is, he has no personality and does not get air time, otherwise you may well hear as much **** as from Choc, its just that nobody is listening to Geale.

    You can say that again.
I just don't get the logic of some of these Mandy huggers, it's like they're bitter because we have a new sheriff in town.
Geale is such a good thing for OZ boxing, how the buggery you could knock him is beyond me. :?

Sox its because Geale did what mandy couldn't & that was go to Germany & defeat the current champion & bring back the belt.......and finish on his feet!

he should be trying to get some high profile fights already, as mentioned there are plenty of good fights out there, it is up to him to make a name for himself...to get american/worldwide interest he needs to step up his competition with names known to the boxing world (and do it in impressive fashion)...

To be honest I don't think he has puts on a fight that excites the average/non boxing fan enough to crack the US market

Hopefully that happens if he gets past Adama.

Planning too far ahead in this caper often brings blokes undone. It's hard to be too critical of Danny Geale so far though. The guy's taken a fairly safe fight to his home state and now has a mandatory to contend with. When he gets past Adama it will be decision time though.

Daniel Geale says "Sergio Martinez is the one to beat at middleweight". No surprise there. But yesterday's interview with Geale posted at livefight is worth reading.
