Why is Omotoso scaling back his opposition???

Omotoso is throwing left jabs and right uppercuts from outside, biding his time as Rosas circles around him very wide and constantly changing directions. A few digging flurries by Rosas diving in. Omotoso blocks and starts jabbing as Rosas is pulling straight out. Omotoso kicks out his front leg, trying to rush in and trap Rosas against the ropes. Long jab and right hand by Rosas, falling short with both. Another 1-2, blocked. Flush right hand counter by Omotoso.

Not the best opening round.

This is a lame opponent for Omotoso. I don't understand the rationale behind this matchmaking. :conf
