    Chavez won that round clearly. Rubio took a lot of punishment late as well, and Rubio did nothing.

    Chavez dives in, bodying up against Rubio and throwing left hooks down low and chopping rights up top. Rubio backs up, pushing out jabs and straight rights. They lean together, shoulder on shoulder with temples grinding, and each taps above the hips of his opponent. Chavez is using some elbow and forearm to rough up Rubio about the face. High jab by Chavez. Rubio now shoves out with his own elbow. Chavez keeps pushing, as they grind together again. Rubio is just too little, he keeps getting pushed back. Body hooks by Chavez, and some more elbow.
