Again, that's your opinion just like it's your opinion that the fighters I listed would all beat either brother.

Mike Tyson will always rank in the top 10 ATG heavyweights ebcause he's the youngest. Some other folks may disagree, but that's how I see it. Foreman will always be top 10 because of his 2 careers............the second of which made him the oldest. Whenever you rank any athlete you have to consder youngest, oldest, most defenses, etc. That's common sense no?

Actually Vitali fought the best two of his era and lost to both.

I don't blame them for not fighting each other but you have to judge them on their own. All this talk of "they have dominated" is completely unfair to other fighters. No other fighter gets a tag team partner in their division.

They are many more belts and much worse politics as well as more fighters from more parts of the world in the pool to choose from. Unification in today's climate is MUCH HARDER than it was when there was only 1 or 2 belts. :deal

That was pretty much what I am trying to say. You put it in a more succinct matter.

My first line was not opinion. It was 100% fact.

    THEY cannot dominate an era.
    THEY cannot unify a division.
THEY cannot have a good resume of opponents.

Boxing is not a tag team sport. The #1 and #2 fighters refuse to face each other and people are trying to merge their accomplishments into one ATG career. It does not work that way.

Schmeling would still be famous but not for his fights as much as his association with the Nazis. Which by the way he didn't want.............

Max Baer isn't anywhere near the level that Vitali or Wladimir have already achieved. :nono

Louis is my all time #1 Heavyweight followed by Ali. Joe for the amount of defenses and Ali for the era he fought in.

Again, that's not based on fact. I am arguing successfully with 3 or 4 who don't share my opinion at this moment.

If Vitali retires there is NO way you can rank him in the top 25 heavyweights.

He would have never been the best heavyweight in any given year.....

    Vitali NEEDS to beat Wlad.

Wlad however can skate a little bit, wait for Vitali to retire then pick up his belt.

However the 5-7 years he ducked his best opponent will still count against him.

If Vitali retires and Wlad takes on and beats all comers for the next 4 or so years he is pushing for a top 10 spot IMO. At the moment he is fringe top 20. Vitali is no where.

    Ridiculous statement.

If you merged their careers into one career you'd have a fighter with:

99 wins against 5 losses with 89 wins by way of KNOCKOUT!

That fighter would be the best ever.................

Your first reason shows you don't know history. Vitali was the Ring Mag Champion after he beat Sanders for the WBC title that Lewis vacated. He was the llinear champ right there & then. He retired as the #1 also.

Wlad is the number 1 Heavy now, and Linear is most people's eyes anyway.
