Not at all. I was just implying that if there's rules/deadlines in place then that's what should be kept. If people aren't keeping to them, then there's no point in having them.

Most rules have exceptions, and it's down to those running a game such as this to decide whether an exception can be made. Considering the circumstances everyone else seemed understanding about the pick being in a bit late - so if I were you I'd put the shovel down at this point.

 

The rules are in place, but sometimes you gotta recognize that someones has issues that are serious. If i said no sorry how's that brightening up a guys day when it's a hard time.

Hey Mand, my little nephew got his teams "Player of the Week" trophy this week.

Its the first time its been awarded and will get passed on every week to the next winner. I was trying to explain to him that even if he plays well he probably won't win it next week as the manager will look to include other kids. He was gutted!
