Bradley Vs Pac. Marquez Vs Petersen

Winner of those to face off later in the year, so none of them will be avaliable to fight.

If I was Amir i'd scratch 2012 down to development, he should fight Senchenko at 147 in Bolton followed up with Kell Brook in a title defence also in Bolton before going back to the states in 2013 as a (hopefully) more rounded fighter and a champion at a new weight.

Imo both those fights would sell and make money over here.

He talks about fighting Ortiz or Berto but lets face it the khan who lost to Lamont Petersen would get demolished by either of those. IMO slowing it down and taking some fights where he can learn new things in camp and put them into action during the fight is not a bad idea rather than getting desperate for "big fights" and losing and taking a MASSIVE step backwards

Loads of options still I think. Maidana II, Brook, Ortiz would be my preferences.

There's nothing going at 140 for him now.

Take it to 147 and do a Kotelnik job on that soviet bum senchenko (unless Brook gets to him first). Then do a big title fight in England with Kell Brook. There's no excuse for that not to happen if both are at 147 although it won't happen without a belt on the line so one of them has to get one first.

Failing that just go straight in at the deep end and go for Victor Ortiz that would be a great fight to watch. I'd pick Ortiz to win by KO but if khan took that fight next he would get big respect from me.

I'm sure his wedding be the priority. Amir will be entering a certain ring for the first time.

I bet Saj films it too.

Yeah thats exactly it, there must be a vacant belt or an interim strap or something that Brook can grab while Khan bashes up senschenko then we can have a "unification match" in england in the back end of the year, it makes sense, people will say "fight maidana" or whatever but theres really no point in that kind of fight happening, money wise or for advancing his career.

He should fight Ortiz at 147. He was going to move up if he beat Peterson anyway. Might as well do it now. Plus didn't he spark Ortiz in the Ams?

Nope Slip, not yet. Going by what I've read Marquez's side have agreed but Peterson's side are still weighing up their options.

And there's loads of fights for Khan at 140...Guerrero, Mattyhsse, Soto(!), winner of Garcia/Morales...

Cheers, Ish. I still think the Peterson fight is not dead. More money in the pot and i'm sure the rematch will happen.
