2 wins from his last 8 fights. One against a last minute replacement who only knew he was fighting when the original opponent didn't turn up at the weighin, and the other against a guy who'd lost his previous 9 fights. Plus Calloway has lost 4 of his last 7 fights by stoppage.

And you're still trying to justify the 42 year old Calloway as a legit opponent on the strength of someone else's view of his most recent fight in which he didn't win a ****ing round atsch

FWIW I spoke to Rob about the Drozd fight. He said he took it on short notice because the purse was too good to turn down. He trained a week for the fight with no sparring and never recovered from the first knockdown.

 

Obviously a touchy subject mate.

Did I blow up when Welliver fought Rob Calloway? I'm sure I would have. But I probably didn't take as much notice because Welliver isn't an Aussie, and like Demori, Welliver isn't known for choosing tough opposition.

When it's all said and done though, I'm just an armchair critic mate.

The subsequent knockdowns would have done him the world of good then wouldn't they atsch and the ones he's suffered in most of his other recent fights.

This guy is a 42 year old paycheck fighter who is shot to the shithouse, as all his recent fight vids clearly demonstrate. It's something that's clearly visible to anyone who actually wants to see it atsch

We know who matched Mark Demori and Rob Calloway though, and in all seriousness I've got my fingers crossed for him on the 17th of March. Calloway should be at home encouraging his kids to give him grandchildren, not exchanging what's left of his braincells for petty ****ing paychecks.

 

Slowinksi has no plausible boxing defense....against a heavy handed boxer he would be cut down. Plus he has a suspect chin when when connected on.

 

Demori heavy handed lol of course when u fight nobodies that don't fight back, lucky coz MDM has **** defence and footwork as he doesnt need to use coz of poor quality opponebts Mr Entertainer lol:happy
