    looks like a ruptured biceps tendon to me

    how tha heck do you tear your bicep?? not saying it's not legit....but it's the first time i hear of that happening

    The fuk are you talkin about? you don't put cream on muscle tears. :lol:

    Serious ones require surgery to re-attach the tendon and trying to perform without the tendon attached will just keep ripping out of the scar tissue it's binding too. There's also a major loss in strength and mobility. It's not something you can train around. It needs to get fixed and heal which takes a long time. Half a year.

    I've seen it happen in a boxing fight before. Maximum contraction at an awkward angle can cause it.

    I stretched my bicep a bit much yesterday.
    Berto already had a bicep injury but i am not sure it was on the same arm.
