Toney spitting the dummy was all about Green not kowtowing to him like all the other yesmen and sycophants that were there that day.

Green hassled him for not turning up when he'd agreed to spar the previous day, then Toney tried to jock/clown him and Green stuck to him and ended up making Toney have to work instead of pose like he was trying to do.

Of course if Toney had gone in seriously he would have accounted for Green no probs, the size and skills difference was huge, but he went in disrespecting Green so Green disrespected him back and Toney got the shits and spat the dummy.

 

So none of those were dog shots
